If you contact us in writing, per email, by phone or via the contact form on our homepage, the data provided will be saved for the purpose of processing your inquiry and the possibility of further questions for the duration of the legal retention period. This data is not forwarded to third parties without your explicit consent.

Elicitation at registration for our newsletter

You have the possibility to register for our service newsletter via our website. This newsletter will include improvements of our service department, same as services we provide for existing biogas plants. For that we need you name, company name and email address and your consent, that you are willing to receive our newsletter.

As soon as you are registered for our service newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email.

Naturally you can revoke your consent about receiving our newsletter at all times without giving reasons via email or mail (see company address above), or simply by response to the newsletter you received.

The email dispatch of the newsletter is done by Biogest Energie- und Wassertechnik GmbH directly, without involvement of third parties. The data is saved directly on the server of the company and secured by technical and organisational measurements.
